I don’t know, the account settings have just been frustrating for me. The login keeps bugging out at random times, which gets old fast. And when I try to get help, support feels slow to respond, so it’s like... okay, now I’m stuck waiting too. Not the worst thing ever, but definitely annoying.

Getting my email set up was super easy!!! Everything syncs reliably, which is all I really needed!!! Every now and then the notifications show up a bit late, but overall it works well and gets the job done!!!

I had to wait days before tech support finally replied, which was already frustrating. And then when they did respond, it didn’t really solve much. I was kind of expecting at least some clear help after all that time, but the answer felt basic and not very useful. Just a frustrating experience overall.

Just a heads up for anyone considering Blackberry software for work, so far, it’s been really stable for me. I haven’t had random crashes, the updates went through without any drama, and it mostly just runs quietly in the background. That’s all I need from work software. I did run into one small sync delay, but it cleared up on its own. Overall, I’d say it’s been a reliable experience.
